Complete design and construction work for the Que Tal restaurant in Las Palmas Vegueta in 2008. The three different floors have been treated with different themes. The entrance bar area had been designed as a hell, the first floor with an open chef kitchen has been treated as a purgatory and the top floor had been decorated as a sky with a 360 degree sunset over the clouds.

Reforming and redesigning all exterior areas like the garden, terraces, and roof in a typical finca in the Salobre area. Pool had been completely retiled and the highlight is a cozy gazebo made of artificial rocks with a a waterfall and and a small integrated pod with plants and fish.
